Our mediators implement creative approaches to conflict resolution, which avoid the delay and expense of protracted litigation or lengthy bankruptcy proceedings.
The Firm's mediators are trained to bring together all sides to the dispute, fostering communications and eliminating obstacles to resolution. The Firm's mediators will leave the final decision-making in the control of the parties and will not assess blame or render a final decision. The Firm's mediators will assist in defining the issues and moderating the discussions in order
to guide the parties to a mutually acceptable resolution.
The Firm's mediators have had successful results at resolving complex disputes to the satisfaction of both sides of the dispute.
The Firm's mediators have conducted many mediations on appointment
by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and as a member of the U.S. District Court Attorney Settlement Officer Panel. They have facilitated settlement of many cases, from two party contract and tort disputes, to simple and complex commercial litigation.
