Attorney Profiles

Mr. Schulman was admitted to the California Bar in 1975. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1972. His educational experience is as follows: Queens College (B.A. 1968); New York University School of Law (J.D. 1971). He is a member of the Los Angeles County, American and New York Bar Associations, and a member of the State Bar of California. He is First Vice-Chair of the Antitrust and Trade Regulation Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all courts in California and New York, in the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Ninth and Tenth Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.  He specializes in litigation, with a special emphasis on bankruptcy, insolvency and receivership. He has served as a Federal Court receiver and has been appointed as a Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustee by the United States Trustee.
