The sale shall be on an "as is" and "where is" basis without any representations and/or warranties subject to Bankruptcy Court approval and overbid. The current highest bid received for the License is $85,000. The bidding for the License shall begin at $88,000 with overbids being made in minimal increments of $500. In addition to the foregoing amount of overbid for the License, the successful bidder shall also be responsible for payment of the Trustee's broker's compensation totaling $8,000.
