The Firm was retained by a trustee in bankruptcy to provide its expertise in the liquidation of a petroleum waste disposal business with two large storage and disposal sites in California. The Firm assisted the trustee in handling issues relative to the disposition in bankruptcy of petroleum waste and in evaluating the trustee's duties regarding the waste. This case involved coordinating with both State as well as municipal agencies, and the Firm was able to assist the trustee is successfully removing the burdensome property from the bankruptcy estate. |
