| Description |
A stream of payments for the next nine (9) months, in the remaining amount of $32,000 to be paid as follows:
(a) $2,200 per month for 7 months (for a total of $15,400), starting the 15th day of the month and continuing on the 15th of each month for 7 months thereafter;
(b) $8,300 per month for last two months ($16,600), to be paid on the 15th day of each month.
Payments are made pursuant to a settlement agreement approved by the Bankruptcy Court. The entity's obligation to pay is unsecured. |
