  - The Firm represented the Chapter 11 Trustee of an individual developer who owned a number of large parcels of real property in various stages of development, including large residential tracts and parcels under development for big box stores. The principal secured creditor staked out a position at the beginning of the case adverse to the Debtor and the Trustee, and the Trustee was able to forestall foreclosure of the properties thus enabling the Trustee to ultimately confirm a plan of reorganization providing for the sale of the properties for the benefit of creditors and paid a 100 cent dividend to creditors with interest. In that regard, he had to first deal with hundreds of secured (mechanic's lien) and unsecured creditors and scores of tax claims, secured and unsecured, in a number of different counties.
  - The Firm represented the trustee in a Ponzi scheme case that held almost two dozen large rental properties. This case spawned a number of reported decisions before the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court and ultimately, after careful management of the properties, also resulted in a 100 cent dividend to creditors, with interest.
  - The Firm represented the Chapter 11 Trustee of a real estate developer and holder of multiple parcels including agricultural, residential and commercial properties which involved the remediation of environmental problems, marketing and sale of the diverse holdings.
  - The Firm represented the Chapter 11 Trustee of a debtor holding a major residential real estate development and assisted the Trustee in the completion and marketing of the project.
  - The Firm represented the Trustee of the holder of a major hotel and marina site in Lake Tahoe. The Firm assisted the trustee in negotiating a sale of the property to a hotel/timeshare developer in a case involving redevelopment zone bond financing which was completed as part of the sale process.
  - The Firm represented the Chapter 11 Trustee in a case with 17 real properties in Southern California, where the Trustee, with the Firm's assistance, managed, operated, upgraded and corrected health and safety violations at the properties and then ultimately sold all of the properties.
