(collectively,"Equipment"). |
| Method of Sale |
The sale of the Equipment will be subject to
overbid by posting a $600.00 deposit (in the form
of a cashier's check or money order) towards the
purchase price. The cashier's check or money order
shall be made payable to "Brad D. Krasnoff,
Chapter 7 Trustee" and remitted to the Trustee's
counsel at or prior to the time of hearing on the
Sale Motion.

| Sale Description |
The sale will be on an "as is" and "where is"
basis without any representations and/or
warranties whatsoever subject to Bankruptcy Court
approval and overbid. The sale price of the
Equipment is $600.00 cash (the "Sale Price"). The
starting overbid for the Equipment will be $700.00
with overbids being made in minimal increments of
$100.00.
