Uzzi O. Raanan represents receivers in state and federal receiverships, Chapters 7 and 11 bankruptcy trustees, and creditors and debtors in federal and state litigation matters, including with regard to: breach of contract, breach of guaranty, avoidance actions, negotiation and sale of property, non-dischargeability/ non-discharge actions, fraud actions, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and a myriad of other issues arising in Bankruptcy. Mr. Raanan regularly appears in both state and federal courts, and has briefed cases and appeared before the California Court of Appeal and Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
