- The Firm has served as lead counsel in the representation of more than 170 individual investors located throughout the United States who had been sued by a trustee in bankruptcy in more than 60 separate lawsuits seeking in the aggregate a recovery of more than $80,000,000.
- Representing a municipality, the Firm was involved in a number of airline bankruptcies including United Airlines, ATA Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines and TWA Airlines. The Firm successfully defended the City of Los Angeles in trial that had potentially a far-reaching adverse impact on the City which would have limited the City's right to impose rules under the terms of a lease of terminal space.
- Trustee representation in Chapter 7 cases and in operating Chapter 11 cases, representing bankruptcy panel trustees appointed by the United States Trustee in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
